The problem
Small healthcare businesses juggle appointments, staff availability and client bookings across disconnected tools, leading to double-bookings, no-shows and hours of manual admin.
The solution
A unified scheduling platform: businesses manage reservations on an integrated calendar, track their staff, and publish a customizable booking page with its own link where clients book services online — all in real time.
Why I built it
I joined to shape the frontend architecture and design system, turning a fast-moving MVP into a consistent, maintainable product the team could scale.
